About Tom

Tom founded the company as Newton One Advisors on the idea that individuals, families, and businesses are best served in planning for their financial future when they are working with advisors who are independent and committed to ongoing personal service.

Tom’s vision prioritized partnering with clients to learn their particular needs, drawing from a broad knowledge base to craft customized solutions, and following through with long-term support.

A decades-long leader in financial services, Tom began his career at Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company. He earned his BA in Marketing and Management from Elizabethtown College, and his Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations from The American College. 

In addition to serving on numerous boards, Tom’s community involvement earned him the Dick Vermeil Humanitarian Award in 2012 for his work with the Elwyn Foundation, which provides services to adults with special needs.
